Founded in 2016, Argus Cognitive develops FDA-regulated software as medical devices that give clinicians deeper insight from standard clinical workflows, so every decision starts from a stronger foundation. We combine expertise in clinical data science, medical device development, and clinical practice, working closely with clinicians, researchers, and clinical institutions to build tools that meet rigorous standards for safety, performance, and regulatory compliance. Our work rests on a simple belief: advanced clinical analysis should be accessible without adding burden to the clinicians who rely on it. Our newest product, Neurora, received FDA 510(k) clearance in October 2026. Neurora is a clinical decision-support tool for children ages 18 months to 12 years that adds an objective behavioral data layer to observational autism assessments, giving diagnosticians deeper insight from the standard assessments they already conduct.
