ARGANA Hotels and Resorts is a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent company, and a part of ALARGAN’s group of companies. It was established in January 1993 under the name “Sports & Health International Institute of Kuwait”. In 2006 the company was acquired by the parent company and became the full-fledged hospitality investment arm of ALARGAN. The commercial name was changed to ARGANA Hotels & Resorts Company. During this period, Argana has been successful in creating its own diversified portfolio to include Mövenpick Hotel and Resort Al Bida’a,“ C Club” the exclusive members club, ARGAN Albida'a Hotel & Resort and Argana Walk the first of its kind lifestyle commercial strip.
