ARG Architects are a small, local architectural practice operating predominantly in the City of Yarra and Melbourne and the Councils of Stonnington, Boorandara, Darebin, Banyule and Maribyrnong We are small enough to care and form close, professional working relationship with our clients. We also pride ourselves with keeping ahead and regularly invest in the future of our practice to ensure we are simultaneously BIG enough and sophisticated enough to complete both large scale and small scale work efficiently and effectively. ARG Architects 'staff', associates, consultants and sub-consultants, all of whom are local and many of whom are women, work together online and have been doing so for over 7 years. Synchronised collaboration is achieved through both servers and online programs and environments such as Skype, Dropbox and email. Working in this way allows our associates, many of whom have young or school aged children, to work from home in their own time. A combination of investment in software, open networking, professional development and strong, flexible associations provides ARG Architects with a rich and diverse office culture and a strong competive edge.
