Aresgas EAD Information

"Aresgas" EAD (former name "Black sea technology company" AD) was established and registered in 1993, in accordance with the Commercial Law. In 2004 the Company won the tenders and was granted 35-year-long licenses by the State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission for distribution and delivery of natural gas in the regions of Dobrudzha and Mizia. In april 2006, the Company won the Licenses for the region of Zapad, issued by the State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission for 41 years period. The company invests and develops the natural gas pipeline network in Bulgaria and sells natural gas to end users in 21 municipalities. The structure of "Aresgas" EAD comprises the Head Office in the city of Varna and local offices in the towns of Dobrich, Targovishte, Shumen, Pleven, Provadia, Beloslav, Lukovit, Blagoevgrad, Vratza, Dupnitza, Pernik and Sandanski. "Aresgas" EAD is one of the first companies in the gas sector in Bulgaria, which since 2003 has certified management system ISO 9001: 2008 and since 2010 - System for Environmental Management ISO 14001: 2005 and Management System safe working conditions ISO 18001: 2007 united in an integrated system. "Aresgas" EAD has built gas mains of more than 766 000 meters total length. "Aresgas" EAD investments currently exceed € 89 million. "Aresgas" EAD has two subsidiaries – The Black Sea Gas Company EOOD And the Black Sea Company for Compressed Gas EOOD.
