Republicans understand this reality, and for decades, they’ve invested time, resources, and energy into building a robust talent pipeline of campaign staff and movement leaders. Today they spend four times as much as Democrats on this crucial work. It’s time for that to change. If Democrats want to win, we need to equip our candidates with winning teams – ones that are professional, well-trained, and reflective of the diversity of America and our electoral base. That’s where Arena comes in. We recruit and train campaign staff, deploy them to game-changing campaigns, and support both staff and candidates on the path to victory.
