Arena Fitness MMA Information

Arena Fitness MMA was built to cater for the NEO (New Economic Order) consumer. Arena gyms provide a traditional gym experience but is differentiated by a large focus on proprietary programming called 'Total Fighter' TM. The 'Total Fighter' program is a progressive periodised system of training which teaches regular gym goers techniques of Mixed Martial Arts, in a non-intimidating format. Total Fighter includes a large focus on Strength and Conditioning in HIIT format which means the program also has a huge focus on weight loss as well as skill development. The program has a large digital focus both in-club for consistency of delivery and in-home. The digital strategy was undertaken to take the 'Total Fighter' program outside the walls of the gym to attract a global audience. The first Arena opened in Early 2015 with a national roll out underway in a franchise format which will see Arena grow to 110 clubs domestically by the end of 2018. During phase one, Arena and the Total Fighter program aims to build the largest digital and in-club fitness member base in the Australia/NZ region.
