AREACH Information

AREACH is a youth-serving nonprofit strengthening the mental skills young people need for school, life, and their future through Brain Fit. Serving young people ages 8–24, Brain Fit combines brain education, guided mental skill-building, neuroscience-informed practices, and engaging brain-training technologies to strengthen focus, emotional regulation, resilience, confidence, and future readiness. AREACH works with schools, school districts, youth-serving organizations, government agencies, and community partners to bring Brain Fit into the environments where young people learn, grow, and gather. Corporate, foundation, research, and community partners also help AREACH expand youth access, strengthen evidence, equip programs, and build the infrastructure needed to responsibly scale Brain Fit into additional communities. Brain Fit is the practice. Mental Wealth is what young people carry forward.
