Area 51 NYC Recording Studios Information

Area 51 NYC is a mid-sized affordable and versatile audio facility located in Midtown Manhattan. The studio has a spacious and comfortable control room with vocal booth and lounge. The control room is protools based with numerous monitor choices. In addition the facility has a robust collection of outboard gear and a superb microphone collection. Drums, gtrs, amps, other instruments and outboard gear are available upon request. Area 51 NYC has recently added a green screen room with full camera and lighting capability. Some but not all of the artists who have graced the facility are: The Allman Bros, Esperanza Spaulding, Lucille Arnaz, Cyndi Lauper, Usher, LL Cool J, Regina Carter, George Benson Ryan Leslie, Shontelle, Ron Isley, Ja Rule, T.I., David Guetta, Armin Van Buren, David Banner, Warren G, Bjork, Susan Sarandon, Didi Conn, Wallace Shawn and many independent and international artists. We offer recording, mixing, production, scoring, and mastering services and are the perfect spot for your next voice over or spoken word recording. We pride ourselves on our great sounding rooms, attentive staff, and reasonable prices. Studio owners Tony Drootin and Roey Shamir have many years of experience in the recording industry.
