Our vibrant, nurturing community enables every student to discover his talents, to reach his academic potential, and grow into a confident, kind, and resilient leader — supported by the individual care and attention, and friendly, homely environment that is only possible in a small school. Flexible schooling options; full boarding, 5-day boarding and day boarding offer a variety of provisions to suit each family’s preferences and lifestyle. A leading school in Ireland, Glenstal consistently achieves excellent Leaving Certificate results, with graduates progressing to top universities at home and abroad. Teachers and pastoral staff alike, collaborate with each student personally, guiding him academically, in sport, in music and the arts. Weekdays are full and purposeful: morning classes are followed by a hearty three-course lunch, then afternoon lessons lead into an active schedule of sport, first study, supper, and second study—often with time for music tuition in between. Weekends blend a supplementary academic programme with fun activities, time with friends, and the steady rhythm of evening study. The school’s Benedictine ethos underpins the spirit of the school and fosters enduring connections between students, staff and the Monastic community at Glenstal Abbey. It is a wonderful place to live and to learn, a place of outstanding natural beauty, steeped in history. 🎓 Discover how your son can thrive at Glenstal Abbey School: school.glenstal.com 🔎 See digital prospectus: https://shorturl.at/Pe87Q ⭐ Read the Good Schools Guide independent review: https://shorturl.at/P0waG 📢5 Day Boarding NEW for 2025.
