Ardeo builds clinical multidisciplinary team coordination software for secondary care. Hospitals struggle to coordinate complex care across sites and specialties. Clinicians cannot easily convene the right team, share expertise or maintain a clear governance trail. Ardeo solves this. Our platform, eMDT, enables clinicians at different hospitals to work together as virtual multidisciplinary teams. Local teams escalate cases to bring in remote specialists for advice, second opinions and treatment decisions. The platform provides audit compliance, operational visibility for governance and peer review across the network. eMDT is live across 88 NHS and private hospital sites and has been in continuous operation for 17 years. Spire Healthcare has run on the platform nationally since 2014, across 38 hospitals and 50 clinics. We are developing AI augmentation for eMDT. Models train exclusively on each customer's own treatment pathway and decision data, offering decision support and identifying practice pattern variations for peer review before implementation. We meet recognised standards for clinical software safety and information governance, including DCB0129, DCB0160, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
