Ardent Environmental Group, Inc. is now an Enercon Services, Inc. company. Enercon Services, Inc. (ENERCON) recently acquired Ardent Environmental Group, Inc. (Ardent) on July 11th, 2022. Ardent will join our Environmental Services Group (“ESG”) in support of our West Coast client base. Ardent holds over 25 years’ experience as an environmental consulting firm, providing high-quality technical expertise to a wide range of businesses and public agencies. Together, ENERCON and Ardent Environmental Group Inc. (Ardent) provide extensive experience throughout California and the western United States in environmental due diligence for commercial real estate acquisition, site characterization, remedial action planning, remediation, water quality evaluations, underground storage tank closure, regulatory compliance, and hazardous building material assessment and abatement.
