Based in Chicago, Illinois, Arcus Behavioral Health & Wellness is a 501(c)3 nonprofit community mental health agency dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality mental health care to underserved and low-income populations. Founded in 2017, ABHW focuses on serving ethnic and cultural minorities, including the LGBTQ+ community, with a substantial portion of our clientele representing these groups. Our unique funding model utilizes grants and donations to ensure that care is affordable and accessible, regardless of a client's insurance status. This includes significant financial aid and subsidized services to ensure that mental health care is not a privilege but a right accessible to all. ABHW's services include individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as psychological testing, all aimed at enhancing well-being and quality of life for our clients.
