ArchPlan Inc., Philipsen Architects was founded 1992 by Klaus Philipsen, FAIA as a design firm with the versatility to address the needs of various clients who seek immediate response, attention by an experienced principal, and flexibility in the approach to design, construction and planning problems. ArchPlan’s offices are located in downtown Baltimore. ArchPlan’s clients include for profit and non-profit organizations, businesses, government agencies and private owners.
