ArchiUS Design, PLLC Information

ArchiUS Design is a women-owned architecture firm based in Greater Seattle, with a primary focus on residential design. Whether it is an interior remodel, an addition or a custom new home, we’ve got solutions! Aesthetic, functional, affordable – these are the spaces we will custom-create for you. Taking on a construction project can be a daunting task for many. ArchiUS Design will help you navigate the design and construction process while keeping you engaged and informed throughout the project; always keeping a close eye on the budget and timeline. Our core values are integrity, transparent timely communication, and customer satisfaction through the lifetime of usage of the space. We approach every project by listening carefully to your needs, observing the unsaid, and delivering designsthat address the core intent and beyond. Do you have enough counterspace? Do you need more storage? Do you want a new addition to create more livable space? Have you found the perfect piece of land to build your dream home? We offer a full range of architectural services, ranging from feasibility studies, design iterations, permits, contractor negotiations, construction administration to project completion. Rather than imposing an architectural viewpoint on our clients, we design for you. We have no vendor or contractor tie ups. We want to create satisfied clients who keep on referring us to their family and friends! Ready to get started on a project? Give us a call, we would love to hear from you. As always, our first consultation is free.
