Archer~Martin Associates is a successful executive coaching firm located in Nantucket, Massachusetts. For more than 35 years, Nancy Martin worked with public, private, and for-profit colleges and universities to find top level executives to help lead their institutions into the future. Her company (A~MA) now utilizes experience and expertise in the search arena to forward the careers of higher education professionals and to coach institutions to positive entrance and exit transition management, via high performance executive coaching. Professional coaching had long been an important component of the A~MA approach to executive search; our coaches now work directly with individuals to prepare them for the search process and support them through leadership changes and transition. Our coaches have dedicated decades to higher education, through search, coaching, and leadership as college and university presidents. MISSION STATEMENT Archer-Martin Associates is an executive coaching and transition management firm focused on serving aspiring leaders as they navigate the executive search process and as they and the institutions they serve construct an intentional transition process. We accomplish our mission by being astute listeners and partnering with our institutional and individual executive search clients.
