Founded in 1787 we are one of the ten oldest golf clubs in the world. We are unique in that our members and visitors enjoy our two courses 35 miles apart; Killermont and Glasgow Gailes. Our Killermont parkland course on the North bank of the River Kelvin, five miles from Glasgow city centre, was laid out by Old Tom Morris in December 1903. Glasgow Gailes links in Irvine was redesigned by Willie Park Jr in 1912, is a Top 100 UK and Ireland course and has hosted 32 international tournaments including The Open final qualifying most recently from 2014 to 2017.

Duddingston Golf Club is regarded as one of the most outstanding parkland courses in Edinburgh and the Lothians. Established in 1895 the course has a rich history and is known for its challenging design and sweeping fairways. Set in delightful surroundings, the Braid Burn is a key feature which meanders throughout the course, always sitting in wait to grab that errant shot. Duddingston enjoys breathtaking views towards Holyrood Park, one of Edinburgh's finest landmarks. It is incredible to think that such a tranquil setting can be found only 10 minutes from Edinburgh's city centre. Our recent clubhouse refurbishment offers first class facilities to members and visitors alike. Our "Shades" function suites are available for hire and provide a wonderful setting in which to celebrate weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, indeed, any special event. Our award winnings chefs are always on hand to ensure that every occasion is a "special" occasion at Duddingston.
