Arcaid Images is one of the most comprehensive, privately run, commercial collections of images of the built world. With over 130,000 images online, we have strength and depth around the world. Arcaid is based in London, United Kingdom and was founded by Lynne Bryant and photographer Richard Bryant. As a stock photography agency, we represent nearly 200 individual photographers in over 30 countries and have many fine collections on an exclusive basis. Arcaid showcases high quality images of: architecture, interiors and design, homes and gardens, destinations and buildings from all over the world, ancient to contemporary, iconic to ordinary and Armani to Zaha Hadid. Our contributors and photographers are global. Arcaid’s diverse range of luxury and lifestyle images is available worldwide. Arcaid Architectural Photography Awards The annual Arcaid Architectural Photography Awards, set up to raise awareness of the skills and expertise of photographers who work in architecture and interiors, were instigated by Arcaid Images in 2012. Specialist architectural photographers are invited to showcase their work across 4 categories: exterior, interior, sense of place, and buildings in use, in front of potential clients. A preliminary panel of professional architects and photographers assess the skill and creativity of the entries. The World Architecture Festival (WAF) hosts the awards and, in November, shortlisted images are put before delegates from over 60 countries for voting to select overall winners. Sto, the principle awards sponsor, hosts a separate exhibition of shortlisted images plus the winning image at Sto Werkstatt, London in the following January.
