Arcady Capital Company focuses regionally on Midwest based companies and seeks to make initial equity investments of between $3 million to $8 million in which the total transaction size is between $5 to $40 million. We will also seek to invest in larger transactions by co-investing with other trusted private equity firms. Arcady Capital will look to invest primarily in service driven companies in the following industries:Specialty niche manufacturing and technology: Aerospace, Plastic Injection Molding, Food Processing, Water & Waste Water, Chemicals and AutomotiveEnergy Related Products and TechnologyBusiness Services and Distribution CompaniesGenerally, these companies would have the following:Revenues ranging between $10 - 50 millionCapable management team and history of successNeed for growth capitalPositive cash flowIdentifiable competitive advantage over its peersMinimum of EBITDA of $1 million and margins greater than 10%Arcady seeks majority control or minority investments in which it would retain Board representation. Transaction structures include leverage and management buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth capital. Arcady will leverage their experience and networks to support the growth strategies and the management teams.
