At Arcadia MRI & Imaging Center, we strive to make each patient's visit as pleasant as possible while giving the highest professional care. We also want to make the process as simple as possible for our referring physicians, and want you to know about the following services we offer: We have PACS capability that allows the referring physicians to view their patients' images and final reports via the internet. Please click on the "PACS User Request" tab to the right to become a PACS User. We will contact the patient to make the appointment. Please fax us a copy of both sides of the patient's insurance card and our referral slip and we will contact the patient for scheduling. If we do not reach the patient after five tries, we will contact your office to let you know that the patient has not been scheduled yet and will work on follow-up with your office. Whenever possible we will expedite the insurance approval process. Please fax us a copy of the patient's insurance card and our referral slip and we will call the insurance company for approvals and take it as far as we can go. Some insurance companies will require information directly from the referring physician (i.e. B/C, B/S, Cigna, UHC, etc.), and we will coordinate that with your office via our pre-authorization form. We are a Participating Provider for Medicare, MediCal, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, United Health Care, most PPOs, all the local IPAs and the workers compensation networks. Uninsured patients are welcome - we offer cash discounts at the most competitive rates. In addition to our New 3T Large Bore MRI scanner, we also have Multi-slice CT, Ultrasound, and X-Ray. We strive to accommodate you and your patients by offering first-available appointments, and same day appointments for emergent cases. CT, Ultrasound and X-ray appointments are often available same day or next day and walk-ins for CT, Ultrasound and X-ray can often be accommodated when advance preparations are not required.
