ARC Mindset CIC Information

ARC Mindset CIC is a non-profit community interest company which aims to provide professional coaching services to young people aged 11-25, teachers and youth workers in all school settings, colleges, youth groups and community groups. The recipients of our coaching programmes will benefit from tailored one-to-one support from professional DBS certified Coaches to build effective strategies to cope with the demands of life. Target recipients of our services include: - Young people and staff with confidence or resilience challenges - Young people or teachers who are under-performing - Young people who are struggling to connect socially - Young people who are not supported well at home - Young carers and care leavers - Young people who need additional support to identify their skills and future career opportunities - Education workers who are at risk of burnout This with the aim to bolster young people and those who work in the sector with effective strategies for positive mental health and wellbeing; to prevent poor mental health in schools; and to prepare young people with the ‘soft skills’ required to thrive in the workplace. This should, in turn, reduce the demands on school counselling services which are stretched and usually only available once students reach crisis point. We want all young people to feel well-resourced to cope with life's demands during their education and beyond.
