Arbeat is a UAE-born digital assets platform built within the local institutional environment. Its platform and operating model are designed to support the structured, long-term integration of digital asset markets into the UAE financial system. Arbeat adopts an institutional approach, emphasising accountability, regulatory clarity, and alignment with the UAE’s national digital economy objectives. The company is working with Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) to obtain a license for regulated virtual asset exchange and broker-dealer services, provided all regulatory requirements are met. At this time, Arbeat does not offer regulated virtual asset services. Operations will start once full regulatory approval is granted.
