AYVF's long-term goal of creating innovative thinking, calculated risk taking youth, entrepreneurial minds, --and thus 'company creators, directly lead to our engagement over 5.1 million youth across 103 nationalities across 32 unique, 'world or GCC first' portfolio programs related to space, cybersecurity, robotics, diplomacy, counter-terrorism, water & power, and more. AYVF is best known for its history making 2009 NASA Space Act Agreement in which the first non-US citizens to intern at NASA were Emirati & both actively brought NASA into the Mid East education market as well as brought the UAE prominently into the space realm! In 2012 NASA, using AYVF's model, opened up international internships for an additional 10 nations incl. Jordan. AYVF was the first to become Secretariat to a United Nations Association in the GCC having launched the first UNA in UAE in 2010.
