FLUME CHANNEL VIDEO ANALYSIS Every swimmer gets a 1:1 hydrodynamic flume session with frame-by-frame stroke analysis.. they see exactly what is costing them tenths on every lap, then leave with a personal fix list. Swimmers have taken 0.5s off a 15m underwater kick between day 1 and day 10.. roughly 4 seconds off a 200m short course from turns alone. THE RESULT 80% of our swimmers hit a personal best during camp. 100% within 90 days. If your swimmer does not PB at camp or within 90 days, we coach them free for six months.. a guarantee nobody has claimed in four years.
