Our vision at Aqar Masr is to build in style and follow the footsteps of those who created the unique Egyptian architecture. Coming from a contractor background, our Chairman, Eng. Maged Migar, has an experience stretching 25 years of delivering a variety of projects across Upper Egypt, Cairo and the North Coast. Now as a developer proudly introducing the newly established Aqar Masr, the values remain the same; pride and commitment, creativity and beauty, and lastly, a revival of Egypt’s longstanding architectural culture. Values we bring to life in our newest project Anakaj, inspired by the beauty of Nubia and set to inject the New Administrative Capital with 20 acres of colors and charm, marrying heritage & modernity.
