AQ-Tech Information

AQ-Tech is a multidisciplinary engineering studio and manufacturing unit based near Annecy, France, specialized in the design and industrialization of technical textile products where mechanics, electronics, and active systems must work together. We cover the full development cycle: concept exploration, feasibility, prototyping, pre-series, industrialization support, and production. Two specialties: - Smart Textile: integrating sensors, electronics, and active functions directly into textile, with real-world requirements for reliability, robustness, washability, and series production. - Inflatable systems: design of pneumatic structures, airbag vests, compression devices, and active protection systems. Markets: medical, sport, industrial, defense, wearables. In-house capabilities +15 engineers, 5 production operators, 750 m² of workshop and technical lab. Mechanics, electronics, software, textile engineering, and manufacturing under one roof, in Sillingy (Haute-Savoie, France). This vertical integration lets us maintain technical control end-to-end, shorten development loops, and meet the real demands of industrial production. Our approach We structure complex technical projects, set a clear framework, and reduce risk before committing to heavy development. We work collaboratively, with iteration at the core of our process. Our partners come to us when a product needs to perform in real-world conditions, at industrial scale, over time.
