In one click and with no technical team, any business, university or institution can run its own private AI, assistants, search and Q&A over its own documents, and workflow automation, hosted in Europe, on open-source software, with data that never leaves its own environment. Why it matters: today's mainstream AI tools run on US clouds and stay exposed to foreign jurisdiction even when "hosted in Europe." Aptero exists to close that gap. Yundera runs on European infrastructure (Scaleway), uses only open-source models and software, and keeps organisations free from vendor lock-in — combining the convenience of the cloud with the sovereignty of self-hosting. Founded in France and operating across France and South Korea, Aptero has delivered deep-tech projects for leading organisations — including L'Oréal and Paris Airport — and partners with universities across Europe and Asia. We’re providing two key products, XR Training spaces and Private servers and are a winner of a worldwide Meta prize for immersive collaboration and were named Best French Startup in Korea (2024).
