A.P.T. Design Studio offers it's clients a one-stop-shop design service for multifamily projects including apartments, student housing and senior living facilities. We are equally comfortable tackling renovation and new construction projects and we specialize in interior design services (space planning; complete sets of drawings; finish and furniture selections; etc) for leasing offices, clubhouses and all other interior amenity spaces (hallways, courtyards, fitness centers, business centers, etc). We can also select and procure fitness equipment, outdoor furnishings, signage designs and procurement, conceptual landscape designs, exterior colors and so on. Our goals are to save our clients time, money and headaches and we consider the long term maintenance of the projects as we are designing. We CARE about our clients' investments. Established in 2007, the founder, Martin Langmead, learned his trade from Property Managers, developers, sellers and construction experts. As a result, the A.P.T. team focus on designs that are budget and schedule conscious, are easy to maintain and easy to achieve, largely due to the quality of their drawings which have been regularly described as being the very best in the business. Martin instills in his team that it is A.P.T.'s responsibility "to design ways that protect the Client's investments". As such, he has developed a systematic approach to doing business, which in turn provides true consistency and an unrivalled case-by-case ("apt") design style for each project.
