The Association of Professional Rental Organizations (APRO) is the national trade association representing the rent-to-own industry in the United States. Since 1980, APRO has supported rent-to-own businesses and industry professionals through advocacy, education, compliance resources, industry standards and best practices, research, professional development, and events. APRO serves as an authoritative resource on rent-to-own, rental-purchase, and lease-to-own, helping members navigate laws and regulations, strengthen business practices, and better serve consumers.
