We recruit talent, provide training and coordinate virtual work assignments for America's largest employer... small business owners. We essentially link ambitious job-seekers with employers (growing small businesses) in a process of virtual apprenticeship that allows the employer to "screen" the work of the apprentice by not hiring them outright but evaluating their work done through virtual positions.
