We have been in business since 1993 and are currently staffed with four appraisers plus support staff. Harold Sommers, president of Appraisal Specialties, has obtained the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute and holds Certified General State Licenses in both Colorado and Wyoming. Harold has over 10 years of real estate appraisal experience along the Northern Colorado Front Range. Appraisal Specialties takes pride in its professionalism and strives to provide detailed, concise, meaningful appraisal reports in a timely manner, at competitive rates. The appraisers of Appraisal Specialties do not work out of their homes. We have a professional office in Old Town Fort Collins and have the latest technology in data access and analysis, color printing, and digital photography. We are EDI capable.
