ApplyCall is a service that uses AI-powered phone interviews to streamline the job application process for employers, at the point a candidate applies for the role. It eliminates the need for candidates to fill out lengthy forms by having them complete a 10-minute phone conversation with an AI about their experience, motivations, and qualifications. This process helps employers to differentiate between applicants, eliminate bots, and receive a one-page summary of each candidate. The information is then verified by the candidate and used to complete a full application within the employer's existing Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
