Apply 24 is game-changing web platform used by a mortgage applicant to get a quote within 2 minutes. - They input a few details - They seamlessly authenticate against their bank account using Open Banking. - We pull the required 100 days of transactions, categorise the data, summarise it into income and expenditure pots, then generate reliable and compliant mortgage Affordability quotes from the whole of the UK market. We also use AI to help identify any red / green flags in the applicant's profile, suggesting to the advisor a short-list of lenders they are well-suited to. This all takes around 2 minutes for the applicant and no effort at all for the advisor. Results are emailed to the Broker / Advisor and Applicant separately.
