The founder of Applied Research & Engineering, Russell C. Sibley, has twenty years of experience as an independent consultant delivering software engineering, project management and programming services to clients in the scientific, engineering, health, and business communities, both domestically and abroad (Europe and Asia). The breadth of Mr. Sibley's experience and skill range from set theory and dimensional modeling to human factors analysis and ergonomic design. Extensive programming skill in numerous languages enable practical implementations of advanced principles. Mr. Sibley has operated two solely-owned businesses in the accumulation of 30 years of engineering experience. After disbanding an automotive repair and research facility for automotive racing in 1981, Mr. Sibley formed the Applied Solutions Company in 1984, which became AR&E in 1996.
