AMT provides software and consulting services to the banking industry. Our primary focus is to assist clients in improving their credibility with regulators, internal and external loan review and auditors. We rely heavily on our Loan Quality Assurance System (LQAS) to monitor our client's portfolios. The system runs in the bank and provides monitoring capabilities for all Loan and Deposit documents, Collateral Valuation, Loan Review assistance, Management Reporting and Document Imaging. LQAS also helps with relationship monitoring and debt totalling as well as covenant and policy tracking and reporting. Our current client base totals over 400 billion in assets. We also offer external Loan Review services using LQAS to minimize the cost of the review to the bank. While reviewing a complete audit of how the system is used in the bank is performed by experienced back office Loan Admin personnel,
