Applied Management, LLC., is a small business consulting firm. Our goal is to provide small businesses with the same financial management expertise as larger firms. Since smaller firms may not have all the resources of larger firms they may be unable or unwilling to invest in the required level of financial management expertise. But they still need the skills of a financial manager. Smaller companies address this issue in many ways: The owner either is financially very savvy or becomes so quickly. The business requires their bookkeeper to grow and become a capable, and often unwilling, financial manager. The business hires a CPA firm to generate periodic financial reports. The business relies on its banker to identify strengths and weaknesses. The business does nothing; in effect, it flies blind. A viable and cost-effective alternative is to hire an experienced financial manager on a part-time basis. Applied Management fills that need.
