We are a tribe of facilitators and consultants who develop and deliver offerings which support an organisation in shaping and sustaining good culture. Our vision is to see human beings, the organisations they work for and the cities that they live in thrive. Our BILT Culture methodology provides a practical framework for an organisations culture-shaping journey. We partner our clients by developing end to end strategies or supporting their current efforts, by adding expertise into core areas that they are focusing on such as leadership development programs or conferences and campaigns. Our delivery is transformational and founded on a strong connection to an organisation’s context, its leadership and its people. We are a diverse network and can include offerings from our partner brands who work alongside us to uplift our offerings or by bringing expertise and skills in areas which require deep work and a more in-depth strategy.
