Apple&Ink was founded by Rachel Gott in 2010 as a specialist creative recruitment business, helping agencies and brands find outstanding creative talent. Today, Rachel works as a freelance Creative Talent Partner, providing flexible support to creative businesses and their internal talent teams. This can include additional recruitment capacity, support with hard-to-fill creative roles, inclusive talent pipelines, mentoring and development programmes, coaching, and helping businesses shape initiatives that attract, develop and retain their people. Alongside her recruitment experience, Rachel is Programme Director of Who’s Your Momma, one of the UK creative industry’s largest free mentoring programmes, and has designed and delivered inclusive talent programmes with organisations including Creative Equals and D&AD. Apple&Ink remains rooted in a simple belief: the best creative businesses are built by finding great people and helping them fulfil their potential.
