It combines proven platform components with project-specific content models, workflows, integrations, and individual design. pharos AI adds premium, model-agnostic AI features and controlled agentic workflows to our products. Strong models work with project context, permissions, review gates, and audit history so people retain control. AI consulting is a separate service for opportunity assessment, governance, architecture, and implementation. We support projects from the first workshop through architecture, implementation, launch, handover, maintenance, analytics, and continuous improvement.
