Originally from the mid-Hudson River valley of New York, our center of business is now located in Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. Our licenses as brokers in both Florida and New York enable us to provide services in the majestic area that we originated from as well as in the paradise we now call home. In Florida, our market is generally the barrier islands of Anna Maria and Longboat Key and the counties of Manatee and Sarasota. We are members of the National, Florida, and Sarasota Associations of Realtors®. Through reciprocal agreements, we are able to provide referral services statewide.
