Apollo Concepts was founded in 1995 by Jason Fetterolf. He became interested in the telecommunications field when he noted that there were "hidden" surcharges on his AT&T calling card bill. Further research, and the time to do the research (which most of us don't have these days) revealed that many calling cards have hidden connection fees. But, by choosing a calling card from one of literally thousands of lesser known, smaller carriers, not only could the surcharges be avoided, the same high level of call quality that AT&T extolled as "unique to them" could be had also with any of a number of alternative carriers. How could this be?
