Our creative team takes a client through a thorough 5 stage design process i.e. programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and contract administration. At the end of the process we certify the job as #aplusified. Interior fit out - We call this service #aplusfitout. This process involves flooring works, paintworks, furniture fit out, ceiling fabrication, paintworks, lighting, plumbing, networking among others. At the end of the process we certify the job as #aplusfit. We hope to grow the department to an independent entity. Workplace Consultancy- This aims to understand, translate and respond to all elements of a business. Through analyzing the impact of space on your people, technology and business processes we develop a full understanding of the objectives behind your relocation and refurbishment. Space planning and Interior design- our team of designers are dedicated to providing insightful interior solutions for the commercial workplace and residential space. Their creative approach, balanced with an acute commercial awareness enables them to create functional working environments that enhance and promote your business’s objectives and its culture.
