Founded in 1978 by Anne Azam-Pradeilles, the Association des Professeurs de Langues des IUT (APLIUT - University Institutes of Technology Language Teachers Association) brings together language teachers and researchers who work in IUTs (institutions of higher education within the French university system that lead to a professional degree, the BUT, Bachelor Universitaire de Technologie). Several languages are represented: Dutch, English, German, Italian, Spanish and French as a foreign language. The aim of the association is to defend and promote language teaching in IUTs. By becoming a member, you'll be creating opportunities for educational and cultural exchanges around these different languages.
