ApKey Information

APKey enables any smartphone and tablet with Bluetooth 4.0 capability (iPhone 4/4; iPhone 5, iPad 4) to open your car doors so you can leave your car keys behind and just take your phone to where ever you want to go: for a run, the beach, the store. Aside from simply being a more convenient alternative from having to carry your keys APKey is also more secure and smarter than your car keys. You reduce the risk of being locked out of your can and the ApKey app will automatically save the location where you locked your car – making it a car finder app that actually works without thinking! The first ApKeys should be available via Kickstarter on August 5th, 2013.
