In our 33 years of serving the Greater Cincinnati Area, Apke has developed specialized techniques and procedures to ensure our clients an excellent outcome. For example, we have been using the same pretreatment for carpet cleaning for nearly 30 years. This product is more expensive than most formulas but the cleaning results are what count. Secondly, we rinse with hot water with every cleaning. This removes all of your dirt and our pretreatment, leaving your carpet as clean and soap free as possible. Finally, we dry your carpet with an extra dry stroke with our wand. This extra step assists in drying the carpets, preventing other potential problems with wet carpets. In addition to our cleaning methods, Apke is able to remove many difficult spots including red wine, doggie puddles, gum, ink and many other spots on your carpet. Likewise, we have developed special processes in our water damage restoration work in the Greater Cincinnati Area. Upon arrival into your home, we can inspect your damage with a moisture prob, a non-invasive meter and/or an infrared camera. If you have a flooded home or basement carpet, Apke uses an advanced extraction method with its truck mounted vacuum units to remove as much water as possible including a water claw and riding extracter. After extraction, if necessary, we will remove baseboards and drill ventilation holes to ensure dry wall cavities where water may be hiding. Next, we will use the appropriate drying equipment to efficiently and speedily dry your home. Beside the usual blowers and dehumidifiers, some of our specialty equipment include turbo heaters, wood floor drying mats, wall drying fans and a desiccant dehumidifier.
