As the HRSA-designated Prime Vendor for the 340B Drug Pricing Program, Apexus helps 340B stakeholders increase medication access and maintain program compliance through education, contracting, and technical assistance. Apexus also offers services that are not part of the Prime Vendor Program: professional training through the Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate Program and facilitating the return of ineligible 340B discounts to individual manufacturers through the Covered Entity Refund Service. The 340B Prime Vendor Program (PVP) is managed by Apexus through a contract awarded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), which is responsible for administering the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
