Apex Technologies GmbH is a Swiss company built on more than a decade of combined academic and industrial experience from its management and technical experts. The company specializes in high-pressure and high-temperature process engineering, with operational capabilities of up to 1,000 bar and 150 °C. Apex serves upstream oil and gas, as well as chemical, food, and pharmaceutical engineering sectors. A key focus of Apex Technologies is the application of supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO₂) technologies, including essential oil extraction (e.g., rose and lavender), pharmaceutical particle micronization using RESS techniques, and aflatoxin removal from agricultural products such as corn and pistachios. In addition to the design and construction of advanced process equipment, Apex operates dedicated divisions for routine and special core analysis services and a molecular dynamics laboratory.
