Apex Contracting Information

Apex Contracting Group is a national renovation and reconstruction contractor for multifamily, HOA, commercial and hospitality property. Interiors and unit turns, building envelope, roofing, balconies and decks, parking structures, site work — and the rebuild after a fire, flood or storm. Capital projects rarely fail on craftsmanship. They fail in the gaps — between four trades, three contracts and nobody who owns the date. We take the whole scope, so there is one team on site, one schedule that's real, and one number to call when something moves. Nearly all of it happens with the building occupied. Resident notices, staged sequencing and daily cleanup are in the base scope, not a change order. Every bid is priced off a walk, and the estimating assumptions come to you in an RFI log rather than buried in the number. 14+ years · 3M+ sq ft delivered · 37+ active markets · 18 offices Web: www.apexcontracting.com Phone: (866) 404-4603 Estimating: estimating@apexcontracting.com
