apepê is the essential platform for the digitization of anyone's home, either for themselves or for the connection inside their building. We changed the concept of a marketplace - where time is spent searching for professionals - because apepê already has the main services that a resident needs, ready to be hired. In addition, extending to building digitization, we simplify the use of the condo with a few clicks, and on one screen, through the Visitor Notice and the Amenities Reservation. We create internal communities when we post messages on the Digital Notice Board, or when we send messages through Chat between neighbors and employees (without the need to send the cell phone number). We bring mini markets into the building, with the convenience of being a 100% digital shopping process. We bring Smart Lockers, with the automation of receiving packages and digital notices.
