Welcome! AP Studio is a membership community led by Chris Conley and Sarah Kerr for professionals like you looking to approach their work more creatively, collaboratively and have more impact. Chris was a tenured professor at the Institute of Design in Chicago where he helped build the first professional masters degree in human-centered design and innovation. He is also the founder of Gravitytank, a leading innovation consultancy that was acquired by Salesforce in 2016 for its highly collaborative and effective approach to helping clients innovate. Chris believes that professional work is held back by the traditional beliefs, behaviors and ideas of business. These ideas and approaches were created a century ago and focus on command and control rather than curiosity and creation.
