FAMILY HARVEST Our olive oil is obtained exclusively from the family olive grove. Our state is in Humilladero’s region, Málaga. It has a very stable and mild climate throughout the year. We rigorously track the entire production process of the oil as to control all desired aspects to ensure a high quality extra virgin olive oil. CENTENARY OLIVE TREES This variety of oil has a great personality and singular shades. It is extracted from the centenary olive trees inherited from our ancestors. Our centenary olive trees are kept in a traditional agricultural way. The separation between olive trees is about 10-12m, which allows them to grow in a natural way without constraint. FIRST DAYS OF HARVEST The olives are collected when green or ripening. That is the time when both physical and chemical properties are in their optimum condition. We are also careful that the olives are not damaged, and the oil is extracted in a cold environment on the day of collection, for a fresh, healthy fruity oil. INTEGRATED AGRICULTURE We follow a system of agricultural production that uses practices compatible with the protection and improvement of the environment, natural resources, genetic diversity and the conservation of soil and landscape. PREMIUM EVOO Hojiblanca and Picual A green olive fruitiness. Smooth bitterness and mid spicy. Suitable for: Salad, meat and fruits. PICUAL EVOO It has the intensity of fruity of green olive, with herbs, olive leaves and tomato. Suitable for: Salad, cheese and meat. CENTENARY OLIVE TREES EVOO Hojiblanca, Ocal, Lechín and Manzanilla Sweet and very fragrant, reminiscent of green-ripe olives.. Suitable for: Fish, vegetables and desserts.
